In this class, we’ll be using a variety of (partner) stretching techniques to help you achieve those impressive front splits, box splits, strong bridges, leg holds, balances, handstands, and headstands you’ve always wanted.
This handstand foundations class will help you on your handstand adventure through progressive exercises that focus on mobility, strength, and technique.
