Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga

This is a mild form of yoga for yoga beginners, postpartum, people with chronic complaints or posture rehab. Gentle yoga works with breathing exercises and simple asana that are adapted to everyone’s capabilities by using pillows, bolsters or a chair.
