The art of letting go
When my sister-in-law committed suicide, my cat passed away, my grandmother died, my business was locked down due to Covid, my relationship of 16 years with the father of my children ended after years of trying to hold on to it, and when I moved house and only saw my children half the time I was used to…
Lasting love… Be & Stay Curious
Always wondered what you can do to have lasting love? Of course, this has many factors, but there is something crucial to be aware of when you are interested in having a deep and conscious connection with someone. Something that is super obvious in the beginning of relationships (and friendships alike) often fades away after a while into the relationship: being curious.
Have you ever wondered if you felt connected with your breasts?
Many of us learn to deny our bodies, and often it starts with our breasts. Messages, opinions, judgments that pile up from the moment we come into puberty and they can plant a seed within us. A seed that grows an incongruence, which grows the armor of protection we build around ourselves. In time this leads to a disconnection from our breasts and our body. A festering ground for insecurities, lack of self-esteem, and separation.

So the practices that I share in The Conscious Movement Program, my yoga classes and beyond are a total note to self as well.
Conscious Connection
Conscious Connection. This is one of my all-time favorite topics. I love it so much because I love love, I love to find ways to feel more flow, more love, more connection and creativity. And I’ve been surprised so many times in my life when just a simple change of approach with the people around me made such a huge difference in how these relationships evolved, changed or progressed. And with relationships I mean any relationship you can think of. It doesn’t have to be a love relationship. But any connection you can have with someone close to you.
Daily Abundance
Life can be very demanding and this makes it extra important to be conscious about the daily activities that you do. What most of us want is to create flow in our days, to have a continuous stream of feeling good about ourselves and our decisions. Although it sounds easy, it can feel hard to actually accomplish. And that’s because we’ve made a habit of making unconscious decisions that do not serve our flow and energy:
“Does this mean I simply have to change my habits?”
“Yes. You do!”
How to use sensuality as a powerful tool
How do you feel about sensuality? Sensuality is often confused with sexuality. But it actually is so much more!
Sensual living is an essential aspect of conscious living. It involves the act of fully experiencing and enjoying the present moment through our senses, rather than allowing our minds to be consumed by the constant stream of thoughts and distractions.
