We’ve spent one hour for an aerial yoga class for a bachelorette party.
It really was a great experience. We had so much fun during our class. Our teacher was very patient and helpful with all the postures.

I decided to try pole classes as a total beginner and I'm already craving more. Despite going to the wrong class twice (oops), Suzanne Loh was super accommodating. She's a very captivating, fun, and fierce person. I have a feeling anyone can learn quickly with her clear instructions and personalized support. Rasalila is one of the only studios that really fosters community. The classes are smaller so it's a great place to learn hoop, pole or dance when you are completely new. One of the nice studios in Amsterdam. The place has a soul and the owners create that special atmosphere! They have a variety of classes and workshops, all very unique and fun to do. So far I had great teachers, with 1 exception - the replacement of the teacher that usually does Aerial Hammock Play. Hele fijne sportschool met leuke mensen.

Tijdens een mini-vakantie in Amsterdam heb ik een aantal lessen bijgewoond. Een vriendelijke ontvangst door Kyra, ervaringen opgedaan met hangmatyoga en een nieuwe move geleerd bij het paaldansen.
