This class is a combination of aerial flow, acrobatics and a full-body workout.
The ring trapeze in the air will challenge you in ways you never thought possible, pushing your strength, and flexibility, and learning new tricks. It’s a fun and exciting workout with a show element.
At Aerial Yoga, with just a hammock, your body, and gravity, you’ll be physically challenged while floating in the air. Even if you have (chronic) injuries, with the right guidance, a lot is achievable.
