If there was one thing you could do for yourself everyday – it would be to shake your body freely. The vibrations releases tension, resets your nervous system and burns excess adrenaline.

It is one of the most effective, simple and quick ways to bring you back to body, to your inner world of sensations, to ground and feel expansive.

In this class we use shaking and other somatic practices to settle the body and bring the awareness inward. Creating space to allow energy and emotions to flow, stagnation to metabolize, and to invite peaceful undulating stillness.
