What to Bring to Class

To ensure you have a smooth start at rasalila concerning hygiene, comfort and durability, we’d like to give you some important information about what to bring to your classes:

General Instructions for ALL Classes: We recommend wearing something that allows easy movement during all classes. Comfortable, stretchy clothing help you fully enjoy each session. For maximum hygiene, bring your own yoga mat. However, if you prefer, you are more than welcome to use our mats. The choice is yours!
Some classes ask you to bring high heels.
Always check class descriptions for specifics.

For Pole Classes: Please wear shorts and a top without sleeves. This is essential as it allows your skin to grip the pole properly. Additionally, bring a small towel or cloth to clean the pole with. Bringing your own towel or cloth is not only hygienic, but also environmentally friendly as it helps reduce the use of paper towels.

For Aerial Classes: Wear pants with long legs and a top with sleeves that cover your armpits. This not only for hygienic purposes but also adds to your comfort during aerial maneuvers.

For (Pole) Choreo, Chair, Dance Classes: Kneepads are a must for alot of these classes. Please ensure you bring your own to provide necessary protection during floor work and dynamic movements. You can buy kneepads here for example.

We love to provide you a positive and empowering experience at rasalila.
